Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE-Bizops Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our platform operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our large-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement monitoring processes for large platforms using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless architecture, development, and production operations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively during severity 1 situations in production.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps.
  • Programming skills in Java, PL/SQL, Shellscript, and other languages.
  • Experience working with Fintech platforms and container platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Artifactory management, platform security, and database management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL process management and release management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
