  • Mentor junior engineers in SRE practices and performance validation techniques, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs, driving the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and Performance Validation techniques.
  • Have extensive experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis, as well as system performance metrics and analysis.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing automated monitoring and alerting solutions, with a strong background in system performance and reliability.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system performance issues.
  • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers in best practices, with excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a strong understanding of the Payer domain and its requirements, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
