Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Janus Global. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our guard force and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of guards, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
  • Collaborate with other security teams to ensure a unified approach to security operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to guards on security procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a security supervisory role, with a strong background in physical security, access control, and force protection.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and improving security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing security situations.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or TCN, with a valid Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination or RSO Vetting.
