We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Therapitas. This is a PRN to part-time position offering the opportunity to provide dedicated and compassionate pediatric therapy services to families across Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care to promote optimal child development
  • Conduct thorough documentation of services, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and payer regulations
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants in delivering high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Oklahoma State License or ability to obtain licensure
  • Excellent work ethic and commitment to patient success
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of pediatric development principles
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

Compensation: We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
