Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain established departmental policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement nursing programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Enhance professional growth and development through education and training.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Registration and current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
  • CPR certification.
