Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Keller Executive Search. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing expert financial advice and guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in financial analysis and planning, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
  • Perform financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct internal control reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of business valuations and feasibility studies.

Requirements:
