The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and methodologies for transforming materials into finished products. What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential

  • Capability to identify and report critical information related to quality engineering in design and manufacturing
  • Proficiency in reviewing inspection and measurement tools and techniques, evaluating complex manufacturing and testing processes, and interpreting technical documentation
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the broader context
  • Logical thinking and clear communication skills to analyze root causes of issues and assist in developing effective corrective and preventive measures
  • An analytical approach, proficient in using tools like MS-Excel to gather and analyze various types of product and process data
