The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and methodologies for transforming materials into finished products. With a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles, tools, and standards, you will have the chance to develop methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and assessing the precision and accuracy of production processes, equipment, and final products.

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential
  • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and the ability to apply relevant standards such as ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
  • Capability to identify and report critical information related to quality engineering in design and manufacturing
  • Proficiency in reviewing inspection and measurement tools and techniques, evaluating complex manufacturing and testing processes, and interpreting technical documentation
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the broader context
  • Logical thinking and clear communication skills to analyze root causes of issues and assist in developing effective corrective and preventive measures
  • An analytical approach, proficient in using tools like MS-Excel to gather and analyze various types of product and process data
