Job Title: Electrical CAD Tooling Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical CAD Tooling Lead to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and training eCAD tools, specifically Siemens Xpedition and Capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain eCAD tools, including Siemens Xpedition and Capital
  • Function as Product Owner and Technical Lead for the development, testing, and implementation of eCAD tools
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, components, materials, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines to support the design of weapon systems and equipment
  • Develop and maintain symbol and cell generation libraries
  • Generate support documentation to meet NGC standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of experience; 3 years with Master's Degree; 0 years of experience with a PhD
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Development and Maintenance Experience using Siemens Xpedition and/or Capital eCAD tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or other degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of designing wiring harness assemblies and printed circuit boards
  • Experience with Siemens NX, and Siemens Teamcenter
