Job Summary
PacifiCorp is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Jim Bridger Power Plant in Point of Rocks, WY. This role is responsible for ensuring environmental compliance with federal and state regulations.

About the Role
This position involves managing air permit requirements, conducting analysis, and presenting recommendations to management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental issues and business processes. They will be responsible for monitoring plant environmental performance, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve compliance.

Main Responsibilities
- Support Jim Bridger Plant in maintaining compliance with the Federal Acid Rain Program (ARP), New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS).
- Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Title V reports, including CEMS reports, MATS reports, and emissions inventories.
- Serve as the point of contact between state and federal agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new and upcoming changes to regulations affecting ARP, NSPS, MATS, and RCRA programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, Environmental Sciences or Engineering; or the equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of environmental issues and the company's business processes.
- Data gathering, analysis, interpretation, trending, forecasting, and modeling skills.
- Proficient with the use of personal computers including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications to gather, analyze, and model information.

- Competitive salary: $76,200 - $118,400 per year.
- Annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15% of salary.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, and paid bereavement leave.
