Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Analyst to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a key member of our energy management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our utility bills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and verify utility bills from our FileNet program to ensure timely payment and accurate charges.
  • Conduct regular audits of utility bills to identify discrepancies and opportunities for energy savings.
  • Collaborate with our Energy Manager to analyze trends and peak billing cycles, and provide data-driven insights to inform energy management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track site requirements and energy usage patterns.
  • Utilize auditing tools in our Utility Manager Pro/Energy Center software to verify data accuracy and identify opportunities for energy savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, business, or construction management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in analysis or a related field, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel), database programs, and project management and accounting software (Oracle preferred).
