Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Fortive Corporation. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a critical role in delivering business intelligence solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

You will work closely with our development team, product managers, QA engineers, UX designers, and product owners to design, develop, and deploy high-quality, secure, and scalable data analytics and reporting features.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization, with expertise in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and M formula languages. Experience with C#,.NET, Entity Framework Core, SQL, and relational databases such as SQL Server is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions that meet our strategic objectives
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems
  • Develop and maintain embedded Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver valuable insights and enhance user productivity
  • Collaborate with product management and other functional teams to evaluate, develop, and maintain product features
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, and M formula languages
  • Experience with C#,.NET, Entity Framework Core, SQL, and relational databases such as SQL Server
  • Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and visualization
