Job Summary:



We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Dietitian to join our team at the County of San Bernardino, CA. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for performing nutritional assessments, consultations, and specialized diet instruction at our facility.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and implement plans of nutritional care based on an assessment of needs and consultation with physicians and other health care team members.

  • Evaluate and monitor individuals receiving enteral/parenteral nutrition.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to provide instructions and appropriate nutritional care to patients, their families, caregivers, and the public.



Requirements:





  • Must possess and maintain current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian.

  • One (1) year of experience as a Registered Dietitian.



Preferred Qualifications:





  • Acute care hospital experience is highly desired.
