We are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team at RecruitWell, a reputable community health organization based in the eastern end of Maui. This 3-6 month assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful area with black sand beaches, breathtaking views, waterfalls, and historical sites.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate should have some post-training experience and be able to take care of urgent care issues as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients in a clinic setting three days a week.
  • Be on call three or four nights a week to handle after-hours emergencies.
  • See 10-18 patients per day, including children, adults, and geriatric patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including APPs, OB/GYNs, physical therapists, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Post-training experience in family medicine or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
