Coating Specialist

At M&H Valve Company, we are seeking a skilled Coater Operator to join our team. As a Coater Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our coating equipment, applying coatings to parts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Ensure personal safety and the safety of team members
• Assist supervisors and managers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Apply coatings to parts according to customer specifications
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors
• Perform color changes and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Meet or exceed hourly production rates and maintain a high level of quality

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The Coater Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with a wide range of temperatures, humid conditions, and varying noise levels. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
