At Care Resource, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team.
Job Summary:The Primary Care Physician will provide high-quality patient care, conduct routine check-ups, and manage chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and continuing education to enhance patient outcomes and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of [insert state].
