Strategic Leadership:

Oversee managed services to ensure they meet the organization's performance and reliability standards.

Security & Compliance:
Formulate and implement a robust IT security strategy, emphasizing Zero Trust principles.
Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.

Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate closely with other executives to ensure that technology initiatives align with the organization's overall strategy.
Articulate technology strategy to partners, stakeholders, and employees, ensuring alignment and support throughout the organization.

Project Management:
Oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Apply project management best practices and leverage PMP methodologies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record in leading technology teams and managing large-scale IT projects.
Demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies, cloud solutions, managed services, and Microsoft platforms.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an MBA with a focus on IT.

Certifications:
PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of cloud computing and Office 365.
Expertise in Zero Trust security architecture and other contemporary cybersecurity frameworks.

Leadership & Management Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
Capacity to think strategically and resolve complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
