Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will play a critical role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors. This position requires a strong understanding of construction and contract law, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Review and draft construction contracts, including EPC agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and joint venture agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and project managers on change management, risk, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain records necessary to ensure effective dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with senior legal staff and operations management to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include:

• 1-3+ years of construction law experience.
• Law degree required. Licensed to practice law in at least 1 United States, state jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's degree required.
