Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician at McHales Inc., you will be responsible for installing air conditioning, heating, and control systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Troubleshooting: Efficiently install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Customer Relationships: Forge enduring customer relationships; continually enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two (3) years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
  • Certifications: Possession of EPA Universal Certification with proficient knowledge of R-410a.
  • Skills: Familiarity with fiberglass and metal ductwork installation, experience in control wiring, and a valid Driver's License with a clean record for the past five (5) years.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
