Job Summary

This role involves developing new business and retaining existing clients by engaging with various business clients and prospects. The focus is on generating new CDTM fee income and deposit balances while supporting and retaining current CDTM clients. Matching customer needs with services across all business lines and maintaining strong internal relationships are key responsibilities. Meeting annual sales goals and contributing to CDTM initiatives and overall business line strategy are also essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate commercial deposits and fee income from new Treasury Management relationships.
  • Provide advice and counsel to clients on Treasury Management products.
  • Analyze competitive account analysis statements and create pricing documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and actively participate with assigned teams.
  • Participate in internal and external training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in community and business functions to ensure a positive image for the bank.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additionally, 4-7 years of Treasury Management sales experience with an emphasis on business development is required.
