From a short-term rehabilitation stay to long-term nursing care, each of our clinical programs are designed to reduce hospitalizations so our patients can focus on achieving their individual care plan goals whether it's returning home or staying with us for their long-term care needs.
About the RoleWe are looking for On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for all shifts and Full-time for NOC shift. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a valid California LVN license, previous experience in skilled nursing (a plus but not required), a caring team player personality and ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.
Responsibilities- Takes and records temperatures, respiration, and pulse
- Administers medications prescribed by physician
- Sets up treatment trays, prepares instruments and other equipment, accompanies and assists physician with treatments
- Maintains records reflecting community members' condition, medication, and treatments
- Assists in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of community members
- A valid California LVN license, or proof that license will be complete or renewed soon
- Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required
- Caring team player and customer service focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties
Compensation: The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $38.00 to $42.00 hourly, and the offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors such as years of experience within the job, education, etc. Additionally, full-time employees will be eligible for a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, Tuition Assistance, and 401K.
