The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dispensary Patient Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
- Product Knowledge
- Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and discounts to provide accurate information to customers.
- Store Operations
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Technical Skills
- Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.
Requirements
- Education
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service in retail.
- Skills
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in-person.
