The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dispensary Patient Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research of products available.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
    • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and discounts to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Store Operations
    • Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking retail items and supplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Technical Skills
    • Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience with customer service in retail.
  • Skills
    • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in-person.
