Program Director for School Age Services

Camp Fire Alaska is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Age Program Director to lead and manage our School Age Programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising employees, managing budgets, and implementing licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational and external partner oversight to the management of Camp Fire Alaska's School Age Programs.
- Lead and collaborate with a team of peers to deliver year-round, high-quality, licensed, and unlicensed programs.
- Support the daily operation of the School Age Program, including weekly check-ins with Program Coordinators, visiting program locations as needed, and completing administrative paperwork and audits.
- Plan and deliver trainings, track youth enrollment, work within an allotted budget, and implement and uphold licensing requirements.
- Work with tracking and compiling data to be used to make informed decisions regarding program and hold staff accountable.
- Minimum of twelve (12) licensing-approved college credits in early education, youth development, social work, anthropology, outdoor education, recreation, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in a youth development, camp, and/or non-profit agency.
- Proven supervision experience preferably in a youth development, camp, or non-profit agency.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
- Ability to obtain Current Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED & First Aid certification from a nationally recognized provider.
- Ability to obtain current Food Protection Manager Certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
