Job Opportunity Overview

ProCare Therapy and VocoVision are partnering with schools in Washington to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the current school year. This virtual therapy role offers flexibility while providing critical services to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students in a virtual school setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions through online platforms.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to address students' communication and learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in Washington (CCC-SLP required).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Preferred experience with virtual therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable computer with high-speed internet (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Pay Rate: $45-55 per hour (depending on district budget and candidate experience).
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Yes.
