About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Addus Homecare. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable patients to maintain their independence while receiving care in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate care plans and ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Present educational in-service trainings to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with Case Managers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
- Ability to travel locally in your own vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
