Job Summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Job Description

We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a new diagnosis, medications, or have been discharged from ER, require respiratory treatment, and wound care.

During home visits, you will ensure patients are progressing with their care plan, provide education related to their disease process, and assess physical and psychological needs to improve quality of life. When it comes time to discharge, you will coordinate resources and educate patient and patient's family.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care for patients from children to elderly
  • Manageable case-loads
  • Pay for drive time
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Differential pay (nights/weekends)
  • Preceptor training available
  • Sign-on Bonus available for new hires
