We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health - West Allis. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in all levels of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Leadership: Participate in interdisciplinary staffing, provide clinical supervision, and ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure Quality Patient Care: Provide direct psychiatric services, comply with regulatory mandates, and account for the quality and efficiency of patient care.
- Coordinate Care: Communicate with payers, case managers, referring clinicians, and family support systems to ensure well-coordinated care.
- Improve Quality of Care: Participate in quality improvement committees, attend in-services, and demonstrate understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory agency compliance regulations.
- Participate in Hospital Committees: Engage in hospital committees, meetings, and team projects to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Recruitment and Quality Management: Assist in the recruitment process and participate in the Quality & Risk Management Program to ensure a culture of patient care initiatives.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in the hospital's marketing plan and support a department customer service/public relations plan.
