  • Redesign mechanical components to optimize installation costs and resolve design conflicts.

  • Provide initial equipment setup and debugging support prior to operational turnover.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maximize equipment efficiency and functionality.
  • Review and revise existing drawings, collaborating with drafting services to address design challenges.
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting support, guiding technicians in replacing faulty components and implementing design modifications.
  • Train contract engineering technicians and maintenance staff on installation procedures to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze installation practices to enhance efficiency and improve project timelines.
  • Develop strategies for cost reduction in installation projects.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in software and equipment, including Windows, MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), AutoCAD 2023, Inventor 2023, MS Project, and familiarity with pneumatic and motion control systems.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
