Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Med-Surgical Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Tele Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
