Job Overview

Anerrows LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
  • Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Service Calls: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner.
  • System Upgrades: Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Documentation: Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, including explaining system issues and solutions to clients.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
  • Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams; strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks over extended periods.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced certifications such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence).
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
  • Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC solutions and practices.
