Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and promoting our services throughout the community. Your responsibilities will include attending various community events, such as home shows, and actively visiting local organizations to enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend community events and home shows to generate leads and promote our services
  • Visit local organizations to enhance brand awareness and build relationships with potential customers
  • Utilize company-generated and self-generated leads to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct in-home sales demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Write contracts and ensure seamless post-sale follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years in sales experience, with a focus on home sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various community organizations and events

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay range of $52,000 - $320,000
