Job Overview

Adecco is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to support our team in London, KY.

This role involves handling incoming calls, responding to emails, maintaining files, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate office equipment, including fax machines and phone systems, and use computers for various applications.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Transfer information accurately between systems.
  • Compose and distribute meeting notes and routine correspondence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience
  • Legal Secretary Skills preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Computer and typing skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Self-motivated and excellent attendance record
  • Good customer service skills
