Job Overview

Apartner is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and address immediate maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess HVAC/EPA Certification.
  • Respond to and complete maintenance service requests efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing units for market readiness, including clearing out trash from vacant apartments.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager by executing assigned maintenance tasks promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance servicing.
  • Report maintenance concerns regarding available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Install locks and create keys as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs in shared spaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness by removing trash from office areas and the community perimeter daily.
  • Deliver important communications to residents.
  • Assist in cleaning available apartments and models.
  • Perform basic pool maintenance, including cleaning pool furniture and managing pool chemicals.
  • Ensure the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
  • Must possess basic hand tools necessary for the job.

Qualifications: Experience in the apartment industry is advantageous. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
