We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a key member of our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and provide direct patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the staffing office to adjust staffing levels based on census changes and patient acuity.
- Communicate effectively with the oncoming Charge Nurse to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Support unit management in managing department productivity, staffing, and timekeeping.
- Participate in hospital committees as a unit representative, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
- ASN/ADN from an accredited program, with the ability to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within four years of hire.
- Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least two years of leadership experience preferred.
