At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment that fosters residents' recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in recovery, monitoring their progress and referring them for additional support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to program guidelines and Code of Conduct, responding promptly to any incidents or concerns.
  • Supervise and coach housing staff, facilitating leadership development and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Manage daily operations, including rent collection, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in substance abuse recovery or supportive housing programs.
  • CDCA, LSW, LCDC II/III certification.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and car insurance.
  • Ability to pass BCI check, Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
