The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales, service, and training operations in a designated medical territory. This role requires a strong focus on achieving consistent profitable growth in sales through effective planning and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large medical facilities to drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and service roles in a medical setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, remote position that requires prolonged periods of sedentary work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively manage their time to meet sales and service goals.
