Adecco US, Inc. is seeking an Associate HR Representative to join our team in Shafter, CA. As an Associate HR Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with Staffing Leads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with temporary staffing agency partners to address Distribution Center needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Directors to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations.
  • Process Staffing Orders in a timely manner and prepare New Hire Folders for Associate orientation.
  • Audit Associate files, including I-9s, and add required documentation.
  • Post Non-Exempt open positions and complete salary work-ups with required approvals.
  • Create Offer Letters and schedule Candidates with Hiring Managers.
  • Convert temporary staffing agency Associates to company Associates and schedule non-exempt Associate orientation and onboarding.
  • Schedule pre-employment required testing and respond to Tax requests for terminated Associate unemployment claim information.
  • Conduct goalpost research and deliver required reporting.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
