Associate HR Representative Job Description

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Associate HR Representative to join our team in Shafter, CA. As an Associate HR Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with Staffing Leads, temporary staffing agency partners, and HR Directors to ensure seamless staffing processes.
  • Process Staffing Orders in a timely manner and prepare New Hire Folders in advance of new associate orientation.
  • Audit associate files, including I-9s, and add required documentation to existing associate files.
  • Post Non-Exempt open positions and complete salary work-ups and attain all required approvals.
  • Create Offer Letters and schedule candidates with hiring managers.
  • Complete temporary staffing agency associate conversions to company associates and schedule pre-employment required testing.
  • Respond to tax requests for terminated associate unemployment claim information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and communications skills
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
