Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on symptom management and end-of-life care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Consult with physicians to obtain necessary orders and ensure timely delivery of care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan
  • Two years of recent clinical experience preferred, but recent nursing graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Sound clinical judgment and knowledge of pain symptom management with end-of-life care
