STAFFusion Inc. is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to fill the role of Mechanical Assembly Technician. This position is based in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will contribute to the production process.

Position Highlights:

  • Engage in various tasks associated with the setup, operation, and disassembly of winding machinery.
  • Hands-on mechanical responsibilities include:
    • Preparing counter shields
    • Constructing stick and tube assemblies
    • Loading spacers and assembling vertical windouts
    • Shaping, heating, cleaning, and securing leads
    • Removing coils from winding machines
    • Completing necessary documentation
    • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
    • Following all company regulations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
  • Successful completion of a 10-panel Mouth Swab Drug Screening (Medical Marijuana cards accepted).
  • Dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Tools and Equipment Used:

  • Forklifts, hand dollies, hydraulic lifts, ladders, scaffolding, cranes, band saws, power shears, sanders, and various hand and power tools.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Employees must wear ANSI-approved steel-toe safety shoes and safety glasses, along with any other required personal protective equipment.
  • Exposure to weather conditions may occur.

Physical Demands:

  • This role involves moderate physical exertion, including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
