**Key Responsibilities**

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests, including answering questions and resolving issues

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail, packages, and other correspondence

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
