Requirements

  • Skills: Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interface with all employee levels.
  • Certifications: SHRM certification desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: Prior employee relations experience and experience working in a collective bargaining environment preferred.
