Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Eagle Point, Oregon. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders, including conducting regular progress monitoring and adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success, including providing regular progress updates and recommendations for future interventions.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, including conducting therapy sessions and providing feedback to students and parents.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid Oregon license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other professionals.
