Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Eagle Point, OR

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with local school districts, is currently hiring for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract role in the Eagle Point, OR area. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address students' speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessment results, and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to meet all state and local requirements for SLPs, including background check and immunization records.
