Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Medical Assistant to join our team at Back In Motion Family Chiropractic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the chiropractic team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.
  • Assist with clinical tasks, such as preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote our chiropractic services and attract new patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, including scheduling follow-up appointments and communicating with patients via email, text, and phone.
  • Assist with personal injury cases, including communicating with attorneys, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Manage electronic health records, including data entry, reporting, and training staff on the system.
  • Collaborate with the chiropractic team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve clinic goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures and electronic health records is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing and health-oriented individual who is passionate about preventative health solutions.
  • Ability to work evening hours (until 6:30-7 P.M Mon-Thurs) and be flexible with scheduling.
