Electrical Crew Lead Job Description

Structure Resources LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Crew Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical manufacturing and supervision, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of electrical fabricators to ensure efficient and effective production of electrical assemblies and systems.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
