We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Landscaper to join our team at The Trustees of Reservations. As a Seasonal Landscaper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the beauty and integrity of our properties, ensuring that our visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Perform landscaping and maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and weeding, to ensure the appearance of our properties is maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist with event support, including setup and teardown, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our visitors.
- Maintain hiking trails, including clearing debris and repairing damage, to ensure safe and accessible paths for our visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special projects and events.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in landscaping or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- CORI check required.
This position is based outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders.
Physical DemandsThis position requires standing for prolonged periods, bending, and lifting. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
