Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Steward to join our team at Naumkeag, a historic estate in Stockbridge, MA. As a Seasonal Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens, trails, and grounds of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and enjoyable for visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Landscape maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
  • Facilities and building maintenance, including cleaning and repairing structures
  • Event support, including setup and teardown of events
  • Hiking trail maintenance, including clearing and repairing trails
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • CORI check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
Work Environment

This position is based outdoors and requires working in all weather conditions. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
