Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, days supply, and inventory turns to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Organize daily movement of parts inventory, ensuring protection and security of stock.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure parts are available and properly inventoried and indexed.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment, computer-based inventory and order management systems.
  • Experience in inventory management, preferably in a semi-truck parts sales environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and ability to operate office equipment.

Management and Supervision:
  • Supervise work and monitor employee performance.
  • Counsel employees and process requests for hire/termination and payroll/salary change requests.
  • Establish work schedules and monitor vacation/time off schedules.
