Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Nurse to join our team at Southern New Hampshire Health. As a Resource Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cardiac Telemetry 4 East unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement unit-based practice guidelines and competencies to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain unit-based compliance with organizational, professional, and regulatory standards.
- Promote professional and regulatory knowledge to evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery.
- Set team expectations regarding the model and delivery of care for assigned shifts.
- Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals to meet the patient's needs.
- Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence into patient care.
- Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery process.
- Function competently within your scope of practice.
- Utilize effective communication skills to meet the needs of the team and/or situation.
- Delegate care activities to the patient care team.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN)
- Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive clinical experience in acute care, cardiac telemetry, and/or specialty area required.
