Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Arcade Technician to join our team at RPM Raceway Long Island. As an Arcade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment in designated locations, troubleshooting computers, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the arcade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new and used Arcade/Vending/VR equipment on site.
  • Troubleshoot computers to the modular level.
  • Use diagnostic tools (multi-meter) to determine repair plans.
  • Handle all aspects of repairs and installations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Test functionality and performance following installations.
  • Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the arcade.
  • Train game attendants properly.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage is ideal.
  • Amusement or vending experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You're comfortable with tools and can handle repairs.
  • A valid driver's license is a must.
  • Computer and paperwork skills are a bonus.
  • Climbing a 10' ladder is no sweat for you.
  • You can work comfortably in tight areas.
  • You prioritize a clean and safe work environment.
  • You can handle lifting and moving game equipment.
